BPCA is Growing... Nationwide and Beyond

When I founded the British Padel Coaches Association, the vision was simple: to provide professional, practical coach education that genuinely helps coaches become more confident, knowledgeable and successful.

Today, that vision is reaching more places than ever before.

This year alone, BPCA is delivering Professional Coach courses across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Jersey, with coaches joining us from all backgrounds and levels of experience. Whether you're taking your first steps into coaching or looking to develop your existing skills, our aim remains the same – to provide a welcoming, supportive learning environment where every coach can progress.

But our journey doesn't stop at the UK.

We're now working with coaches and partners in Spain, Cyprus and Dubai, helping to build relationships that will broaden opportunities for British coaches while bringing international knowledge back into our courses.

For us, growth has never simply been about adding more locations. It's about building a community of coaches who share a passion for learning, helping others and raising coaching standards together.

Every course we deliver introduces us to new people, new ideas and new friendships. That's one of the things I enjoy most about travelling the country – meeting coaches who all have different experiences but the same enthusiasm for the game.

As BPCA continues to grow, we'll keep doing what we've always believed in: delivering practical coach education, supporting our members and helping more people enjoy this fantastic sport.
