BPCA Coaching Qualifications

BPCA Padel Coach Qualifications provide the training, and good practice standards necessary for the delivery and management of Padel, and the tuition of padel tactics and techniques.   

BPCA  qualifications guarantee correct standards of both play and coaching ability.

The BPCA Padel Coach Qualification courses include:

  • Annual BPCA/BTCA  Membership
  • Full UK Coaching Insurance liability Cover. 

PRE-REQUISITES FOR ACCEPTANCE & APPROVAL:
  • Be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Have  current Emergency First Aid Certification.
  • Have full DBS clearance.
  • Have a suitable playing ability for the level of qualification they have applied for (assessed during the course by the BPCA coach tutor).

BPCA Level One (Introduction Coach)
  • One day course 
  • Only available to Qualified Level 1 or above Tennis Coaches.
  • Fee = £100

Coaches will learn how to play and teach the game of padel at introduction level.

Coaches will learn how to make panel lessons fun with challenging padel drills.

Coaches will also explore ways in which they can set up and  promote padel at their club or chosen venue.

The course will be a mixture of on-court and lecture room learning environments .

BPCA Level Two (Development Coach)

  • One day course (follows level one)
  • Only available to Qualified Level 1 Padel Coaches
  • Fee = £150

Coaches will learn how to play and teach the game of padel at development level.

Coaches will learn how to improve tactical and technical levels and deliver more challenging padel drills. 

Coaches will also consider how they can implement full padel programs at their club or chosen venue.

The course will be a mixture of on-court and lecture room learning
 

BPCA Level Three (Club Coach)

  • One day course (follows level two)
  • Only available to Qualified Level 2 Padel Coaches
  • Fee = £200

Coaches will learn how to play and teach the game of padel at advanced level.

Coaches will learn how to prepare players for high competition by delivering 'total padel training'. 

Coaches will also be instructed in the role of a Padel Club Coach.

The course will be a mixture of on-court and lecture room learning


BPCA Level Four (Academy Coach)

  • One day course (follows level three)
  • Only available to Qualified Level 3 Padel Coaches Level Qualified 4 Tennis Coaches
  • Fee = £350

Coaches will learn how to play and teach the game of padel to high performance levels.

Coaches will learn how to train players using advanced periodisation techniques and deliver an holistic training program for padel academy players'. 

Coaches will also be instructed in the development and maintenance of a padel academy environment for high performance players.

The course will be a mixture of on-court and lecture room learning
